The autumn activities of the Foreigners Department attract a large number of people. Following the British Legion parade on the 19th of October, an informative talk in English was held on Wednesday 23rd at the La Cala Branch Office, aimed mainly at foreign residents. The meeting was about communities of owners and was led by the writer and founding partner of the law firm Intercala Asesores José Luis Navarro and was attended by a large number of people. Navarro explained the differences between the regulations in countries such as Spain and England. “The issue of communities of owners involves many disciplines at the same time, it is not just a legal matter but more of a cultural and other kind of issue”, he pointed out. 

In addition, Navarro added: “In the talk we will try to clarify those points in which owners have a systematic error, that is, they always make mistakes, the idea is to clear up those doubts that lead them to make mistakes that they should not make”. The talk was received with great interest by the attendees, who were grateful for the opportunity to learn and to better understand how communities work in Spain.
