The neighbourhood association Tamisa in Las Lagunas has demonstrated on numerous occasions that they are a very supportive group. Last Saturday 15th, they organised a charity event for the benefit of the Cudeca Foundation in the Andalucía Park in the centre of Las Lagunas, where the association organised, among other activities, a lunch, a prize draw and musical performances. 

Thanks to this day of coexistence, 1,345 euros were raised. The cheque was handed over to Cudeca on Thursday 20th at the headquarters of the neighbourhood association. "Cudeca was very grateful for the donation", explained the president of the neighbourhood association, Isabel Becerra, who was also "very happy" with the money raised. 

A commendable task

Becerra emphasised that they chose Cudeca "because it is an organisation that does very important work and needs a lot of support, and the truth is that all the neighbours have collaborated a lot". 

For the occasion Tamisa had an exhibition of paintings by Tania Araujo, modern dance and 'fitflamc' with the girls of Eva Sedeño, zumba with Alberto Lago and the performances of the academy Aprende y Baila by Evelyn Bravo, the choir Unión del Cante and a 'Máster Zumba Fitness'.
