The mayoress, Ana Mata, together with the councillor for Works and Infrastructures, Juan José Torre Trella, visited both roads located in La Cala on Monday 24th
The road will remain closed until Sunday March 2nd, reopening on Monday 3rd in both directions
Mata: "The intention is to put the works out to tender again in order to finish this long-awaited project and put it into operation as soon as possible"
The Mijas Pueblo Tourist Office hosts a new exhibition by the Mijas Craft Association, which will be open to the public until February 27th
This is an initiative that will take place over several weeks at the Manuel España Theatre
The centre also offers, as every quarter, a programme of regular weekly activities until the 31st of December
The town is joining forces with PIPS Hope & Support, an Irish association founded in 2003 that works to prevent suicide
The event focused on the recognition of Inocencia Pérez, who has been the coordinator of the institution for three decades until her retirement
The association organises the activity with the collaboration of local companies and the Mijas Town Hall
A total of 3,200 students have enrolled so far for this academic year, 200 more than last year
The exhibition can be visited until the end of July at the Las Lagunas Cultural Centre
