On Tuesday, 30th of September, the jury for the fourth edition of the ‘Feed your Optimism’ Award, organised by Soroptimist International Costa del Sol, met to select the winners from among 27 inspiring candidates from across the province.

According to the organisers, each of the nominees works “to make our food system more sustainable through local action, innovation, and care for their communities".
They added that “the jury’s task was not easy, given the quality and diversity of the projects submitted”. As for the winners, they will be announced at the awards ceremony in Mijas on the 16th of October, with the support of Costa Women, the Foreigners Department, and Mijas Comunicación
