Given the rain forecast for the weekend, especially on Friday 21st of February, the Mijas branch of the Spanish Association Against Cancer (AECC) has decided to cancel the classic car rally that was to be held this Saturday at the Cortijo Don Elías in Las Lagunas. According to the president of the association, Lola Sanchís, the event had aroused a lot of interest and had already received nearly 200 registrations of vintage cars and motorbikes. The AECC assures that it will look for a new date for the event, always in agreement with the Mijas Town Hall.
