Once again a fire breaks out in Mijas. On Sunday night, at around 23:10 hours, a fire started in a container in Calle Granate in Riviera. The flames affected a vehicle and a wooded area. The fire was extinguished by Mijas Fire Brigade, a water truck from Operational Services and Infoca, which deployed two groups of forest firefighters, an environmental officer and a fire engine. They were supported by the local police and the fire was officially extinguished at 00:45 hours.
