The Guardia Civil has arrested a person in Malaga for sexually assaulting and recording intimate images of his stepdaughter, who was underage. He had installed micro cameras hidden in a stuffed toy, a light bulb and a socket for two years both in the bedroom and bathroom of their home in Mijas.
The perpetrator used drugs that produce drowsiness to put the underage girl to sleep and sexually assault her. The victim told the officers that the perpetrator used to make her tea at night and that she always felt very tired after drinking it.
During the search of the detainee's home, the officers found USB storage devices with intimate recordings of the detainee sexually assaulting the minor, as well as cameras and various drugs to make her sleepy.
Micro-cameras
The perpetrator had been living with his partner and her daughter for seven years. It was a warning from the minor's boyfriend, who found a camera hidden in a teddy bear, who alerted the girl's mother to report the incident to the Guardia Civil. In addition to the teddy bear, the agents found micro-cameras hidden in a light bulb and a socket in different rooms of the house, including the girl's bedroom and the bathroom.
The perpetrator had been recording intimate sexual images of the minor for two years, from the age of 16 until she was of age. This man found out about the complaint filed against him by the family and immediately fled from the house in Mijas. He spent three weeks continually changing his rental house through a well-known online platform until he was finally located by the Guardia Civil in Malaga city.
Arrest
The agents located him when he was going to the bus station in Malaga, where he had kept his computer in a locker. At that moment, he was arrested. He is accused of crimes of sexual assault, against privacy and possession of child pornography. After appearing in court, he was remanded in custody.
