On the 6th of January, from 12:30 the party will begin in La Alquería, where Melchor, Gaspar and Baltasar and a number of 'pastoral' groups will visit during the day, singing traditional Christmas songs. It is a day eagerly awaited by the families of the area, as the little ones will receive their presents after waiting a whole year for their visit and behaving very well. The association will welcome their Majesties of the East to the rhythm of the pastoral groups from Las Lagunas, Virgen de la Paz, Las Protegidas de Nerja, Raíces de Colmenarejo, Santa Fe de Los Boliches, Río Granadilla del Rincón de la Victoria and Salvador Rueda de Benaque. In addition, the association from Mijas will offer attendees a wide range of gastronomic options: tripe, paella, fritters and hot chocolate.
