On Tuesday 17th, the Mijas Foreigners Department held the second of the two annual meetings it organises with the aim of bringing together international associations, clubs and peñas so that they can get to know each other and exchange experiences. The meeting, which was held at the Play Mijas Restaurant, was attended by various international groups, including ACE, Age Care, Arcus Maná, British Legion, Business First, Caritas La Cala de Mijas, Club de Leones Alzheimer Group, Club Los Amigos de Mijas, Costa Women, Danish Club, Diabetics Group Lions Club, NCCS Dutch Club, Soroptimist International Costa del Sol, Age Concern, Domino and Asociación Diksha.
The meeting was also attended by the councillor for the area, Roy Pérez (PSOE), who took the opportunity to remind the attendees of the services offered by this municipal department, which was created 38 years ago. During the meeting, each group informed the others about the work they carry out and the projects they are working on.
Private Client Consultancy, an expert in matters such as retirement planning and wealth management, collaborated in the talk. Its professionals dealt with issues related to taxes, death, inheritance and retirement in our country.
