Members of the government team visited the establishment today. The Mijas Mayor, Josele González (PSOE), declared that " the Town Hall has been working hand in hand with the beach businessmen at both local and provincial level to ensure that these improvements are definitive. We are happy that this week we have just celebrated the opening of this establishment, which employs 17 people. They are even thinking about expanding the staff" and added that "the Papa O beach bar has been the first, but I am sure that after the summer, we will see improvements in infrastructure and consolidation of the rest of the beach bars on our coast.
