Mijas Secrets is much more than just sightseeing

The Mijas Secrets programme of guided tours for foreign residents continues to be very popular. Last Sunday 15th, around twenty people took part in a visit to the winery ‘Hermanas López Lavado’. The participants first visited the plot to see the vineyards and then the cellar in Mijas Pueblo.
This initiative was organised by Pía Bruun and Sandra Gallardo from Mijas Secrets, in collaboration with the Foreigners Department of Mijas Town Hall. The participants learned how the owner, Javier López, makes wine. In addition, the participants enjoyed a wine tasting with tapas to close the activity.
The next Mijas Secrets event will take place on May 29th. Those interested can make their reservations by calling 678.15.55.53 or 686.45.47.17 or emailing mijassecrets@gmail.com. The price is 25 euros and includes a drink and tapas. This programme of guided tours for foreign residents is now in its fourth edition. Mijas Secrets is much more than just sightseeing. These were some of the words of those who participated in some of the experiences.
