According to sources from the 112 emergency service, who received the alert, Firefighters, Civil Guard Traffic Agents and health services arrived at the scene of the accident, finding the vehicle overturned off the road. Four occupants were inside. Firefighters had to release two of the occupants: one of them a 22-year-old young man who died in the accident and the other a 33-year-old man who had to be transferred to the Clinical Hospital in Malaga. The other two occupants did not require hospitalisation.
