It has now been five years since the Joan by Cudeca shop opened in La Cala de Mijas. As one of the foundation’s charity shops, every item of clothing, piece of furniture or accessory is given a second life, and every purchase helps fund the free palliative care provided by Cudeca. To mark its anniversary, the shop has launched a series of special offers for its customers, running until the 27th of June.

Those wishing to buy furniture can benefit from a 25% discount; there will also be a 'buy one, get one free' offer on clothes and shoes, with the lower-priced item being free of charge. Accessories, fashion items, ornaments and low-value second-hand items are excluded from the promotion.

Anyone interested in purchasing one of these charity treasures can visit the shop between 10:00 and 14:00. Charity shops are one of the main sources of funding for the Cudeca Foundation; their aim is to raise funds through the sale of second-hand clothing and furniture to continue caring for and supporting people with cancer and other advanced illnesses.
