Many residents and visitors came to La Butibamba park last Friday to enjoy the first 'Vive Mijas de Noche' concert in La Cala, a programme that brings together entire families to enjoy the music and the open-air nights by the sea. This is the case of Miguel Ángel Molero, who told us that "we come here quite a lot and, now, in the summer when they put on shows, people stay in the park longer, here the weather is good next to the beach and you really feel like it. I'm with the family having a drink and we'll have a bite to eat here too".

The group in charge of opening the programme of performances was Happy Go Loco. The audience enjoyed themselves very much. "The band is very good, it's a very good night and it's a very nice place to be", commented another concert-goer, Lázaro Porras, as well as Francisco Martínez, who said that "it's a very nice night and there's a very good atmosphere, a perfect occasion to be with the family".

The next appointment with Vive Mijas de Noche in La Cala will be on Friday 7th of July, from 22:00 hours, with the group Baila conmigo. This same activity has already started in Mijas Pueblo, today, and will continue with the group Azabache at the same time.
