It is one of the unmissable events in the Mijas calendar and now has an official date. The Las Lagunas Fair 2023 will be held from the 28th of June to the 2nd of July, as announced yesterday morning by the Department for Festivities of the Mijas Town Hall. 

The poster, as well as the full programme of the fair will be announced in the next few days. What is already known is the date of the tribute dinner which will be offered by the Senior Citizens Department to the elderly, retired people and pensioners in the town. It will be held on the 29th of June at the CEIP María Zambrano. 

During the evening, in which more than 1,000 seniors are expected, there will be live performances and dancing, the star activity among the elderly in Las Lagunas. Registrations will be open until Friday the 16th of June at the Pensioners' Home in Las Lagunas in the mornings.
