The Danish Club donates 200 new toys to children for Christmas in Mijas

The Red Cross and the Nueva Cultura del Desarrollo association distributed the presents to the children most in need

Father Christmas has come, but we continue to share news that leads us to believe in solidarity. Approximately 200 new toys have been placed under the Christmas trees of the children most in need in Mijas thanks to the donation of the Danish Club. On this occasion, the association had the help of the Red Cross and the Nueva Cultura del Desarrollo association to distribute the toys.

This is how it all started
Helle Tychsen, a member of the Danish Club, came up with the original idea of raising funds among the members of the organisation for this charitable purpose. This is how this project was born, with the collaboration of another of the members of the group, Anette Skou, so that every 25th of December each child receives a brand new toy.
