Donation is one of the most solidary and selfless gestures of people that helps every year to save lives. The Earth can also benefit from it with the campaign #DonaVidaAlPlaneta (Donate Life To The Planet), which the Mijas Town Hall has joined and with which you can contribute to the conservation of the environment through the recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE).

“We are working on information and raising awareness about the proper recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment. It is essential that we know how to dispose of them, as they are classified as hazardous waste”, said the councillor for the Environment, Arancha López (Cs), adding that “they can be recycled in two ways: either by depositing them at the Mijas recycling point or by taking them to the authorised establishments so that they can dispose of them”.

By recycling waste electrical and electronic equipment that we no longer use, we can give the planet a new chance. This campaign aims to inform and raise awareness in this area.
