This week the municipality has continued to learn of new additions to the line-up of the Cala Mijas International Festival 2022. The band Arctic Monkeys, headliner and with the only date closed in Spain, is joined by Liam Gallagher, the former lead singer of the band Oasis, one of the most important British pop-rock bands in history. But this is not the only confirmation, the British singer, composer and producer, James Blake, and Bonobo, also from the UK, will flood the venue with his electronic sounds. On the national scene, Fuel Fandango, the duo formed by the producer Alejandro Acosta and the singer Cristina Manjón from Córdoba, have joined the line-up. Marc Rebillet, MEUTE, Santa Salut and La Trinidad from Malaga have also confirmed their participation in the Cali festival, which will be held on 1st, 2nd and 3rd of September 2022. 

The festival Mijas will become the capital of music during the first days of September next year with a macro-concert that will bring together great national and international artists.
