Once again, we have an appointment next weekend at the Charity Table event in La Cala. Moreover, Arancha López (Cs), Councillor for Foreigners, announced that “this Charity Table event will be held on Wednesdays and Saturdays, from the 1st to the 22nd of December”. Many charity organisations participate in this initiative, such as Cudeca, Cáritas, the Lion’s Club and Age Concern, as well as associations working for the protection of animals, such as Donkey Dreamland and Mijas Felina. “We invite everyone to come and visit the charity tables, as they will be able to find gifts and Christmas articles, especially now with Christmas celebrations just around the corner”, commented López, who added that “these gifts will be loaded with solidarity, as they will be purchased from associations doing an excellent job in the municipality”. You can visit the charity tables from 10am to 2 pm at the square in front of La Cala Town Hall branch.
