A very significant date is approaching for the La Cala parish: the festivity of Santa Teresa, celebrated on October 15th. This year, the festivity coincides with the 50th anniversary of the construction of the temple, so the ‘Cali’ religious community has prepared a special programme of events that will take place throughout the week.

From October 12th to 14th, at 20 h., a triduum will be held in honour of Saint Teresa, presided over by the parish priests who have passed through La Cala.

On the 15th there will be a visit from the Bishop of Malaga, Jesús Catalá Ibáñez, who will offer Mass on the festivity of Santa Teresa.

Finally, on Saturday 16th, after  the Mass, floral wreath and presentation of newly born children, the procession of the image will go through the streets of La Cala.
