109 members of parliament
The Andalusian Parliament is composed of 109 members. According to the Andalusian Electoral Law, each of the eight provinces is allocated a minimum of eight deputies. The remaining 45 are assigned based on population. The quota is calculated by dividing the total population of each province by 45, with each province being assigned as many deputies as result in whole numbers. Accordingly, Málaga is allocated 17 Members of Parliament.
