The Youth Department of the Mijas Town Hall is joining in with FreakCon in Málaga, which will be held from the 22nd to the 24th of May at the Torremolinos Conference Centre. The Department will be offering young people from Mijas the chance to travel to the event free of charge on the 23rd. “We are providing a bus that will depart from the three main centres. It is worth remembering that the International Manga and Comic Festival is celebrating its tenth anniversary, and we wanted to do something significant so that young people can also enjoy healthy leisure activities and what they like”, said the councillor for Youth, Melisa Ceballos (PP).

The activity is intended for registered residents, and to reserve a place, it is essential to have a ticket for the event. Minors under 16 may participate provided they are accompanied by a responsible adult. Places are limited, and the deadline to sign up is the 15th of May.
