Soroptimist International is once again organising its traditional charity dinner. The event will take place on Saturday 23rd of May at the Benavra restaurant in Torrenueva at 19 hours, where members, friends and neighbours will gather for an evening dedicated to solidarity.

Guests will enjoy a delicious three-course dinner, a welcome glass of cava and drinks included in the price of 40 euros, of which 10 will go directly to the organisation’s social projects. They will also be able to enjoy live music provided by the artist Mami Curl.

According to the group, the evening will feature the popular ‘La gorda del verano’, a lively tombola and a raffle, “thus contributing to fundraising efforts for key initiatives such as support for women survivors of gender-based violence, local food bank programmes, education and training opportunities, sustainability projects, girls’ participation in sport and many other community-led actions”.
