Regina is the name of the new storm that, starting this Tuesday, will bring unstable weather to southern Spain and the Canary Islands. For the time being, the State Meteorological Agency (AEMET) has activated a yellow warning for the entire Málaga coastline for March 3rd due to coastal conditions and waves that could reach three metres. The swell is expected to be strongest between 14:00 and 23:59.
Light rainfall cannot be ruled out from tomorrow afternoon and over the coming days, although it will not be continuous; it is most likely on Wednesday and towards the weekend. Temperatures at the start of March will be slightly lower, reaching lows of 8 or 9 degrees in inland areas of Mijas.
