Political assessments
After the institutional ceremony, the government team underscored the importance of the Magna Carta. Mata said that, “unfortunately, we have a Prime Minister who is in constant confrontation, and we are also seeing this in many leaders of that party. Therefore, today’s reflection is for everyone, for all political groups. We may disagree or agree on certain issues, but in those disagreements we must be patient, treat each other with respect, and exercise the freedom that we all enjoy, because that is what our Constitution guarantees”.
