With their suitcases packed and full of excitement, the 400 retirees and pensioners taking part in the fourth and final trip organised by the Mijas Town Hall arrived at the Las Lagunas fairground early in the morning. Accompanied by the councillor Daniel Gómez Teruel (PP), the participants boarded the eight coaches that will take them to Huelva.

During the morning, the group stopped in Aguadulce for breakfast before continuing on to Matalascañas, where they will enjoy a four-day holiday visiting some of the most emblematic sites in the province of Huelva, such as the Monastery of La Rábida, the Rocío sanctuary, Doñana National Park and the Muelle de las Carabelas.
