The Mijas Town Hall has announced the new opening hours of the municipal cemetery to coincide with the start of the autumn–winter period. The cemetery will now be open every day from 10:00 to 18:00 hours without interruption.

"This is intended to make it easier for visitors to access the cemetery during daylight hours", explained the councillor responsible, Mª Francisca Alarcón.

The Town Hall is calling on all residents to respect both the instructions of the staff and the posted signs, especially the entry and exit routes within the cemetery complex.
