The IV FeriaLand, held on Saturday 5th at Mijas Play Events, proved to be an outstanding appointment in the sector of event organisation on the Costa del Sol. An event which brought together 60 suppliers specialising in areas such as gastronomy, fashion, decoration, wedding planning, music, children's entertainment and much more. From 13:00 until 23:00 hours, Play Events Mijas was the setting for an event open to the public. With a focus on professionalism and the creation of unique experiences, FeriaLand offered attendees the opportunity to learn about and hire quality services for any type of celebration. 

According to one of the organisers, Ivonne Armand, "we wanted to create a fair where entrepreneurs on the Costa del Sol could showcase their work and luxury services. This event allows clients to enjoy a complete experience while planning their celebrations. Since our first edition we have grown a lot, and this fourth edition reflects the consolidation of our idea".

The fair featured live demonstrations, fashion shows and musical performances, creating a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere. 

 

Another of the organisers and owner of the company Catering de Violeta, Rafael Guerra, explained that the aim was to "highlight luxury and show more elitist trends when it comes to holding events. The fair is designed so that end users can see everything that suppliers have to offer in an attractive way". He also commented that, as organiser, he also took advantage of the fair to close deals with clients interested in his catering services. 

Diversity of services and collaboration 

FeriaLand has established itself as an essential event for the sector. For the owner of Play Events Mijas, Ana María Ignat Berget, who hosted the fair, the essence of the event lies in collaboration: "When we work together, everything works out well. This event is an example of how we can grow together and create memorable experiences to celebrate life".

 

In addition, the fair also acted as a meeting point for the suppliers themselves, who had the opportunity to establish new alliances for future projects. As explained by the councillor of the Mijas Town Hall government team, Mario Bravo (PP), "these events allow companies to coordinate their efforts, get to know each other and reinforce the offer for clients. It is an important sector for Mijas, which attracts both tourists and corporations interested in organising professional events. 

 An evolving format 

This fourth edition of ‘Luxury’ introduced novelties, such as the integration of night lighting to highlight the decoration and ambience of the stands, ensuring entertainment for the whole family. The touch of luxury and exclusivity was reflected in every detail, from the setting to the presentation of suppliers. 

 

The manager of La Catedral restaurant, Salvio Cantón, also underlined the importance of this type of event: "It is a great opportunity to give visibility to our business and to connect with event organisers and clients. The atmosphere has been very good, and we have been able to establish contacts from the very first moment. We are dedicated to events, both inside and outside our restaurant, and this fair has given us the opportunity to be in direct contact with organisers and potential clients".

An event that celebrates creativity 

According to its protagonists, the final outcome of this fourth edition of FeriaLand has been very positive. Entrepreneurs and attendees enjoyed a day in which excellence and creativity were the protagonists, consolidating our town as a benchmark for the events sector on the Costa del Sol. With a large number of visitors, the event proved to be a unique showcase for suppliers and an enriching space for those looking to personalise their celebrations and, without a doubt, FeriaLand continues to evolve and set the pace for the events industry.
