IDILIQ Group, with a strong link to our town at an economic, promotional and social level, with numerous campaigns in aid of those most in need, announces the acquisition of the Hotel Cecilia, a first class resort located in Portocolom, Mallorca, from Elaia Investment Spain, SOCIMI, SA. This “strategic transaction consolidates IDILIQ’s position in the competitive Spanish holiday market and strengthens its presence in one of Europe’s most prominent tourist destinations”, the company announced.

Located just steps away from the iconic Cala Marsal beach, the resort has 129 flats, charming gardens, swimming pool and restaurant, and will be managed by IDILIQ starting in October.

As part of its commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, IDILIQ will undertake a comprehensive refurbishment of the resort during the winter of 2025. The resort is scheduled to reopen in spring 2026, with a modernised design and an enhanced offering for guests. “The group is in advanced negotiations with a prestigious international hotel brand to be part of its relaunch”, they added.
