The La Cala Lions Diabetic Support Group held its Autumn Bazaar on Saturday 7th of September on the terraces at Bar Tuta and Snack Attack. During the event, different stalls were set up selling a wide variety of products, “from clocks in resin to hand knitted toys, cup cakes, CBD oil, honey products and much, much more”, the group explained. ‘‘Everyone seemed delighted with the day”, they added.

There was also lunch, music, raffles and a good atmosphere. In total, more than 1000 euros was raised for diabetes awareness. “Thanks to Rob and his team for working so hard in the restaurant and to everyone who supported us”, concluded the support group. A food collection for the animal shelter ACE, who thanked all those who collaborated for their generosity, also took place at the event.
