If you really enjoy music, don't miss the Closing Concert of the V International Piano Festival of Malaga on the 21st of July.

The event will host master classes, a series of concerts, an internal piano competition and students will also have the opportunity to play as soloists with the Malaga Symphony Orchestra. This event will attract teachers from the most prestigious musical educational institutions in the world, allowing young pianists  to build the foundations for their future professional training and to find a space for cultural exchange. The concert will take place at 19:30 hours at the Manuel España Theatre in Las Lagunas.

Mijas Town Hall, through its Department for Culture, joins for the first time this important cultural and musical event by hosting the concert which will be the perfect finale to a few days of incessant activity. Juan Carlos Maldonado, Councillor for Culture (PMP), declared that "it will be the Malaga Symphony Orchestra, together with nine students, who will perform pieces by Mozart, Haydn, Beethoven and Chopin under the baton of José Luis López Antón. The organisation of the festival is going to offer Mijas a unique opportunity to enjoy this concert, in which the quality of the performers will make us part of an unforgettable day of excellent artistic quality".

Admission will be free until full capacity is reached.
