On Monday 10th of June, Mijas Complementary Services opened a new call for applications to access the social and labour insertion programme Renta Básica. Those interested can submit their applications until the 7th of July in person at the Mijas Town Hall and the Branch Offices of Las Lagunas and La Cala, as well as in the Employment Promotion building. They can also complete the process online with a digital certificate. The application form to apply for a job in this programme is available at the Fomento del Empleo building and can also be downloaded from the municipal website www.mijas.es.

Among the tasks carried out by Renta Básica beneficiaries are clearing and cleaning ditches, garden and beach maintenance, cleaning municipal buildings, street cleaning, as well as filing, documentation and administrative tasks.

Documentation

With regard to the documentation to be provided with the application, those who wish to apply for a job must attach a photocopy of their ID card and that of all members of the family unit over 16 years of age, a photocopy of the family book, a photocopy of the last two pay slips of the members of the family unit over 16 years of age who are working, accreditation in the case of belonging to a group at risk of social exclusion, an updated curriculum and a photocopy of the updated employment application.
