The Cudeca Foundation presented one of its most popular events: The Walk for Cudeca - Walkathon. This activity will be held on May 18th on the promenade of Benalmádena (in front of the Sunset Beach Club hotel). On this occasion, there will be two routes, one of 5 and the other of 10 kilometres, a 'holi' colour party and a paella. The timetable will be as follows: at 10:30 am will start the 5 km walk; one hour later, at 11:30 am will start the 10 km walk; and at around 13:00 pm, the colour party will begin. In addition, on the terrace where the walk will start, there will be various solidarity activities organised by Exploramás throughout the event. There will be live music with a DJ, games for children, a solidarity raffle, zumba and a barbecue. All the money raised will be donated to Cudeca so that they can continue their work of caring for and accompanying people with cancer and other advanced diseases, as well as offering support to their families. 

Registration

The registration fee is 15 euros for adults and 7 euros for children between 0 and 12 years old. It can be done through the following link. You can also register the same day of the walk at the registration tables located at the starting point. Registration includes a 'welcome pack', made up of a T-shirt, a solidarity plate, a bottle of water, a coloured 'holi' for the children, sunscreen and fruit. 

If you are unable to attend but want to help, you can make a donation in the 'Fila 0' by buying the registration. In collaboration with the La Caixa Foundation and sponsored by the Malaga Provincial Government, Idiliq Foundation, the Community of Municipalities Costa del Sol and Helle Hollis.
