The Mijas Lions Club is organising a fundraising gala dinner this Saturday, 18th November. The event will take place at 20:00 hours at the Ilunion Hotel in Mijas. The price of the dinner is 70 euros and the event will feature live entertainment by the band The Bricks. The NGO, considered the largest in the world, will use the proceeds for its charitable activities, always aimed at helping the most vulnerable in society. And with Christmas just around the corner, the Lions Club of La Cala de Mijas is once again organising its Christmas market. The event will take place on Saturday 26th of November, at La Butibamba Park, from twelve in the morning to five in the afternoon. There, visitors will be able to enjoy a visit by Santa Claus. The market will also have different stalls, including clothes and toy stalls, where people can do their Christmas shopping. There will also be a tombola and a raffle. Of course, there will also be plenty of music and entertainment. Costa Soul Singers will offer a concert and the little ones will be able to enjoy magic tricks with the performance of a magician.
