The ONCE Foundation wants to raise awareness about the advantages for companies to have people with disabilities who can be hired through Inserta Empleo, which is the human resources entity of the foundation, which has achieved in Andalusia a total of 2,257 contracts for people with disabilities. The entity has over 25 years' experience and helps this group to find a job by offering companies the best candidates for the positions they need to fill. Tax advantages and improvement of the working environment are just two of the incentives of this type of hiring, but there are many more. The Talents programme is co-financed by the European Social Fund.
