The Department for Public Roads of the Mijas Town Hall has informed that from next Saturday, 1st of July, until the end of the summer season, Calle Málaga in Mijas Village will be closed to vehicular traffic every day from 18:00 to 00:00 hours.

Similarly, in Calle Marbella in La Cala there will also be restrictions to vehicle traffic at the discretion of the Local Police on days and at times when there is a high number of pedestrians. According to Public Roads, this measure aims to guarantee the safety of pedestrians.
