Good pop music fans will enjoy Elton John's greatest hits with the great Paul Maxwell and a 12-piece orchestra. It is a tribute to Elton John by the Festival of Legends organised by Show4us. According to Alberto Cohen, head of Festival of Legends, "this show is a great tribute to Elton John's music. Paul Maxwell has been on stage for a long time, has a great standing, and has shared the stage with great music stars. We created this show with him because he has a similar musical register".
The show will take place on Saturday 30th July, from 10 pm, in the Mijas Pueblo Municipal Auditorium. Tickets are available for 25 euros and 35 euros at the box office.
After the success of previous performances in Mijas and Malaga, the show will be a great success. We will be enjoying a tour of the professional career of this British artist through his best songs and world hits. The voice and piano will be by the prestigious Paul Maxwell, 'The Piano Man'.
The Department of Culture is committed to tributes and live outdoor performances for the summer nights in Mijas. According to the Councillor in charge, Verónica Ensberg (PSOE), "we are very pleased and eager to work and recover events that stopped due to the health situation. In this way, we give our neighbours the chance to go out and enjoy good and family leisure activities. It is the line we want to follow".
