The incidence rate continues to vary daily. If yesterday there was an increase recorded, and it stood at 632 cases, today we must highlight a drop by 52 points, standing at 580 cases per 100,000 inhabitants. However, we must report two new deaths in our municipality, bringing the total number to 44. Since the beginning of the pandemic, 6,510 confirmed cases have been registered, as well as a total of 5,278 have overcome the virus.

The provincial average today is 953 cases, continuing to rise, which is not the case in neighbouring municipalities, such as Marbella, Torremolinos or Fuengirola, which drop to 900, 691 or 666 cases, respectively. In Andalusia the incidence rate is 586 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.
