Mijas is once again pulsating to the rhythm of flamenco with the return of its traditional open-air shows right in the heart of the village. The Town Hall's Tourism Department is relaunching this cultural initiative, which will be held weekly at various iconic locations, aiming to boost the tourism offering and bring Andalusian art closer to residents and visitors alike.
The performances will take place every Wednesday in Plaza Virgen de la Peña and Saturday in Plaza de la Constitución, always at 12:00 and subject to weather conditions. This event, now a fixture on the local calendar, has become a must-see attraction for anyone visiting Mijas.
With this initiative, the municipality reinforces its commitment to culture and tradition, offering an authentic experience that combines music, dance and the charm of its streets.
