The Domestic Animal Shelter (PAD) association of Mijas had scheduled for this Saturday 2nd of November its traditional autumn market which is usually held in the Branch Office Square in La Cala de Mijas. However, due to the natural catastrophe caused by the DANA, which has mainly affected the Valencian people, the PAD leaders have decided to postpone this charity market. As a sign of respect, the event has been postponed until a new date which has not yet been announced. PAD has stated that in a few days they will inform of the new date for the market, with which they periodically raise funds to continue with their social and animal protection work. At this market you can buy clothes, accessories, food... at the same time as informing the curious about the work that PAD carries out and the animal adoptions that can be made.
