On Monday, the mayoress of Mijas, Ana Mata (PP), was together with, Brenda Pérez and Enzo Ruefli, the two young people from Mijas who will represent the municipality in the Miss and Mister Malaga beauty pageant. Both have been selected from thousands of candidates from the province, being among the 70 finalists who will attend the final gala on the 31st of August in Riogordo.
The mayoress of Mijas wanted to be with them to "wish them the best of luck" for the final event, calling on them to "meet again soon as winners of the contest". Mata was also interested to hear about their plans for the future.
The winners will represent Malaga in the most important national competitions, Miss RNB España 2025 and Míster RNB España 2025.
