Acosol expects the usual service to be restored in the next 4 to 5 days

Last Saturday Acosol technicians detected a breakdown in the high level supply network in the area of El Chaparral. Since then, they have been working on its repair which, as reported by the public water company of the 'Mancomunidad de la Costa del Sol Occidental', could cause a restriction of up to 30% in the current supply of drinking water and even cut-offs.

In Mijas, this breakdown could affect Las Lagunas, especially buildings without a water deposit in La Sierrezuela, El Coto and Campo Mijas and the higher areas of Las Lagunas. In addition to Mijas, the breakdown could also affect Fuengirola and Benalmádena. Acosol informs that, barring unforeseen circumstances, the normal supply will be restored in the next 4 or 5 days and apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.
