Summer nights in Mijas are, without a doubt, a spectacle. If this past week we have had theatre, in the coming weeks we will have children's musicals, monologues and concerts. The Municipal Auditorium is getting ready for these new events.

On the 30th of July, Tomás García arrives with his monologue 'Sin red'. He is brought by Producciones La Cochera. His Public Relations Manager, Miguel Gómez, highlighted, this Monday at the presentation of the poster, that "this comedian from Malaga, who is one of the best comedians in Spain, is going to bring us a show with improvisation, in his own style, and also brings us a surprise, he will be accompanied by his grandmother, who is also a great comedian, who will be on stage with him".

On August 5th, we will be able to see the best of Dire Straits with Brothers in Band, "a spectacular band, with a vocalist, Ángelo Fumarola, who faithfully performs all his repertoire to Mark Knopfler", said the CEO of Festival of Legends, Alberto Cohen.

Families are in for a treat, because on August 6th, 'La vaca Lola y sus amigos', "a show that is being very well acclaimed; ticket sales are going very well", added Cohen.

The line-up, for the moment, closes on August 13th with a tribute to Pink Floyd, "two hours of show, with ten musicians on stage; visually and musically it's going to be a blast", underlined Gómez.

The Department for Culture of the Mijas Town Hall presents this line-up with the aim of reaching out to all audiences. This was stated by the councillor for the area, Verónica Ensberg (PSOE), who said that "I think that with this, we give a little bit of everything to the public, who we want to enjoy the evenings at the auditorium and, of course, continue to offer leisure and cultural activities for all families.
