The Council for Youth at the Mijas Town Hall is prepared to enjoy, together with all the residents in the municipality and visitors, the summer on our coasts. In first place, magic will return to our municipality once again, as was announced by the councillor for the department, Tamara Vera (PSOE). The appointment will be next Saturday the 17th at the María Zambrano park in Las Lagunas and will be offered by Richard Granda and Magic Mota with their show ‘Divermagic’. “This is a magic show that young and old will enjoy”, assured councillor Vera.
Secondly, the area also invites children and youths between the ages of 8 and 30 to experience their first scuba dive in the Osunillas municipal pool. The activity, which is totally free, will take place on July 21st and 28th, and August 4th and 11th, and will allow about one hundred young people to learn the basic steps to underwater diving with equipment.
